Jintai Ding received his B.A. from the Xian Jiaotong University in 1988, M.A. from University of Science
and Technology of China in 1990 and Ph.D. from Yale in 1995. He received Zhing Jia Qing prize in 1990 and
Slaon dissertation fellowhip in 1994. He was a lecture at the Research Institute of Mathematical Scienecs
of Kyoto University in Japan 1995-1998. He has been a professor at the University of Cincinnati form 1998.
He was Humbolt fellow in 2006-2007. He is a chaired professor at SCUT from 2008.
His current research is in applied algebra, cryptrography, hardware security and informatioin security.
He is looking for motivated students to work in these areas.
