宋嵘,男,1975年5月出生,籍贯中国。博士研究生毕业。1999年毕业于北京清华大学电机工程系,获得学士学位;2002年毕业于汕头大学电子信息工程系,获得硕士学位;2002年到2006年于香港理工大学康复科技及资讯学系生物医学工程专业学习,获得博士学位。2006年到2007年在香港理工大学康复科技及资讯学系担任研究助理;2007年2009年在飞利浦亚洲研究院上海中心担任研究员。
