教育与工作经历
2012年9月－今，山东大学生命科学学院微生物技术国家重点实验室，副教授，硕士生导师。
2010年9月－2012年8月，美国麻省理工学院（MIT）生物系，博士后。
2007年7月－2010年8月，山东大学生命科学学院，师资博士后，讲师。
2007年6月毕业于山东大学生命科学学院微生物技术国家重点实验室，获博士学位。
2002年6月毕业于东北师范大学生命科学学院生物学国家理科人才培养基地，获学士学位。
主要研究方向
1. 工业真菌蛋白表达和分泌机制研究，包括蛋白质折叠、内质网响应以及运输分泌的机制，特别是对异源蛋白表达调控的机制。
2. 新型纤维素酶或组合酶系的研究，包括不同生境纤维素酶系的开发、酶系组合的设计以及纤维素降解酶的工程改造等。
3. 真菌多样性研究，包括特定种类的真菌分布分析、特殊生境的真菌种类鉴定等。
主持及参与的课题
现主持山东省优秀中青年科学家奖励基金1项、山东大学自主创新项目1项；作为主要成员正在参与1项国家自然科学基金重点项目和1项国家基础研究规划“973”项目；主持完成国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、中国博士后科学基金1项和山东省博士后创新项目专项基金1项。
