教学工作
主要从事微生物学专业方向的教学任务，先后承担微生物学、微生物技术学、微生物培养法、微生物学实验、微生物技术学实验、微生物学大实验和分子生物学实验等课程的教学工作。

1．国家自然科学基金资助项目《溶纤维素粘细菌降解纤维素的多酶复合体解析》（2007—2009），课题负责人。
2．国家自然科学基金资助项目《粘细菌的种属分子分类及菌株分子鉴别技术》（2005—2007），课题负责人。
3．山东省自然科学基金资助项目《粘细菌种属分子标记库的建立及其在环境粘细菌资源分析中的应用》（2004—2006），课题负责人。
4．山东大学科学基金《极端环境中粘细菌多样性的分子生态研究》 （2003-2004），课题负责人。
