二、业务经历
1982．7－1987．7 合肥工业大学，毕业后留校任教；
1987．7—1990．7 筹办环境工程专业，并从事环境工程专业教学、科研工作；
1990．9—1991．7 在清华大学环境工程系进修环境专业研究生课程；
1991．7—1994．8 任环境工程教研室主任，硕士；
1994．8—2000．8 任原资源与环境科学系（现为资源与环境工程学院）系副主任，分管科研和实验室管理；副教授
2000．8 — 至今 合肥工业大学资环学院任教，教授，博士。
现为中国环境科学学会会员；安徽省地质学会会员；黄山风景区环保专家组组长。教育部专家库专家、安徽省科技厅、环保厅专家库专家、科技部国际合作项目评审专家。
一直从事环境工程专业的专业教学及水污染控制技术方面的科研工作；为环境工程专业本科生、研究生讲授水污染控制技术、大气污染控制技术等方面的专业课程。
先后参加和主持了安徽省 “九五”、“十五”“十一五”科技攻关项目各一项；国家“863”项目《印染废水污染治理微生物菌剂研究》（编号：2007AA021303）子课题一项，国家水体污染与治理科技重大专项《工业园区水污染控制与水资源综合利用技术研究与示范》（课题编号：2008ZX07316－003）一项；水处理技术研究开发、工业废水处理工程设计、工业污染治理技术及环保设备开发研究等项目四十余项。参加各类项目评审、鉴定300余项。
现在主要从事环境污染控制技术及相关设备的开发研究工作，硕士生导师，已毕业研究生35人，在读研究生12人。已发表论文七十余篇。

为本科生主讲《大气污染控制工程》、《给排水管道工程》；
为研究生主讲《水处理技术原理》、《高级生物厌氧处理技术》、《水处理工程设计》
