博士(日本)，教授，博士生导师，浙江工业大学科学技术研究院副院长，中国工业工程专家（中国机械工程学会），美国工业工程师学会(IIE)和日本工业管理学会（JIMA）会员，浙江省造船工程学会常务理事。
多年来一直工业工程与物流管理领域的教学、科研和咨询工作，其中2001年至2006年作为访问教授在日本足利工业大学进行工业工程与物流管理领域的学术研究工作。先后参与组织了多次重要国际学术会议并担任Session主席;是多家国际工业工程领域权威学术期刊（《Int.J.ProductionResearch》、《ProductionPlanning&Contro》、《Computers&IndustrialEngineering》等）审稿人。先后主持完成国家级、省部级项目以及企业委托项目20余项，发表学术论文60余篇，多数用英文发表在国外著名学术期刊或著名国际学术会议上,包括《InternationalJournalofProductionResearch》、《ProductionPlanning&Control》、《InternationalJournalofStatistics&Management》、《IEEJTransactionsonElectronics,InformationandSystems》、《InternationalJournalofAdvancedManufacturingTechnology》、《JournalofMaterialsProcessingTechnology》等学术杂志,其中被SCIEI索引收录40余篇；获教育部科技进步二等奖1项。
主要研究方向：
1、现代物流系统运作技术；
2、物流与供应链管理；
3、现代工业工程与制造业信息化；
4、生产系统集成与优化；
主要教学工作：
先后为留学生、研究生和本科生讲授现代工业工程、供应链管理、生产计划与控制、设施规划与物流分析、工作研究、先进制造系统等课程。
主要科研项目：
主持或合作完成了包括国家自然科学基金和省自然科学基金在内的多项重要科研项目；现在研纵向项目主要有:
1.基于多智能Agent的敏捷虚拟企业物流运作技术研究,浙江省自然科学基金项目；
2.面向区域经济支持敏捷制造的协同物流管理及其实证研究,浙江省钱江人才计划项目；
2.敏捷供应链系统集成研究,浙江省留学回国人员科研基金项目。
