金昌海，男，1963年8月生，博士，教授，博士生导师。现任扬州大学旅游烹饪（食品科学与工程）学院副院长。 中国农业工程学会农产品加工与贮藏分会常务理事、中国农学会农产品贮藏加工分会常务理事、中国食品科学技术学会果蔬加工分会理事、扬州市人民政府农业经济 专家顾问组成员。1994年至2001年留学日本获得硕士和博士学位，2001年回国至今在扬州大学从事教学科研工作。
主要研究领域为果蔬采后生理与分子 生物学、农产品贮藏与加工、农产品资源综合开发利用。
先后主持承担国家自然科学基金、“十一五”国家科技支撑计划（子项目）、江苏省自然科学基金等科研项 目10余项，主持省部级教改项目6项（含子课题），获江苏省科技进步二等奖1项（参加）。先后在《Journal of Food Processing and Preservation》、《Food Preservation Science》、《植物生理与分子生物学学报》等刊物发表学术论文30余篇。主讲本科生《农产品贮藏学》、《食品酶学》、和硕士生《现代食品生物技 术》、《果蔬采后生理与分子生物学》等课程。
