于海,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。于2004年毕业于江南大学(原无锡轻工大学)。现主要从事食品微生物资源利用的研究工作,目前主持江苏省自然科学基金和南通市科技项目各一项,参与国家、省部级项目多项。2007年及2008年获得中国商业联合会科学技术二等奖各一项。
