杨大成导师组：
杨大成，男，教授，北京邮电大学博士生导师，主要从事与移动通信相关的研究，硕士研究方向：移动通信。
杨鸿文，教授，博士生导师，1963年生于甘肃，主要从事无线通信方面的教学与研究工作。杨鸿文教授是无线通信教研中心主任，国家级精品课程《通信原理》课程负责人，第四届北京市教学名师奖获得者，《北京邮电大学学报》编委，电子学会微波分会微波集成电路与移动通信专业委员会委员。
Professor Hongwen Yang was born in 1963 in Gansu province. He is the director of Wireless Communication Center of the School of Information and Communication Engineering (SICE) of BUPT. He is the responsible professor of the course “Principle of Communications” which was appraised the National Best Course in the year of 2006 by Ministry of Education of China. He was also honored with the Renowned Teachers in the year of 2008 by Beijing Government. His research activities are mainly focused on wireless communications.
常永宇，女，教授，博士生导师。1963年生于北京，现任职于信息与通信工程学院无线通信中心无线理论与技术研究室，多年来一直从事移动通信理论和关键技术的研究。作为项目负责人和主研人员承担或参与了国家973计划、863计划及企业资助的科研项目，取得了一定的科研成果。在国内核心期刊和重要国际会议发表论文100余篇；申请发明专利5项；主编、参编著作9部。研究方向：移动通信。

Prof. Chang was born in 1963 in Beijing. She works for wireless theory and technology laboratory of School of Information and Communication Engineering. She has been engaged on the research of theories and key technologies in mobile communication area for many years. As director or a key member, she has made remarkable achievements by leading or participating in many research programs, some of them are supported by government such as China National 973 Program and China National 863 Program, some are company-sponsored projects. She has published more than 100 papers in major journals in China or in high level international conferences, as well as other 9 books. She also applied for 5 patents. Her current research interest is focused on mobile communications.
袁超伟，男，48岁，湖南人,1994年毕业于西安交通大学,获博士学位，现为北京邮电大学信息与通信工程学院无线通信中心，教授，博士生导师。招生专业：信号与信息处理（专业代码：081002），主要研究领域是未来无线通信中的关键技术、现代信号处理理论及其应用、网络巡检与测试、无线网络优化等。主持和参加了多项国家级和其他协作科研项目,在国内外核心期刊上发表论文100多篇,申请发明专利3项，出版学术专著译著7部。主要参加科技类社会活动经历：北京市电子信息技术转移中心副主任；教育部学位与研究生教育评估专家；北京邮电大学学报编委。E-Mail：yuancw2000@sina.com.
Dr. Chao wei Yuan, was born in Hunan, China. He received his Ph.D. from Xi’An JiaoTong University in 1994. He is currently professor and Ph.D director the School of Information and communication Engineering of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China. His current research projects include the key technologies in future wireless communication, the theory of the modern signal processing and its applications and network testing.
Dr. Yuan is an active researcher in future wireless communication .His research has been sponsored continually by major research grants from the National scientific projects and other peer-reviewed funding agencies, has published more than 100 peer reviewed scientific articles, 6 books .
Dr. Yuan is currently Vice director the Beijing Electronic information technical transfer center, Evaluation expert the China Academic Degrees & Graduate education Development Center, Editorial board members the Journal of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
桑林，教授，硕士生导师，信通院副院长，中国通信学会和电子学会高级会员。主要从事无线通信、宽带接入等方面的科研和教学工作。承担多项国家863计划、国家自然科学基金以及与企业合作进行的应用课题。近年来，主编及参加编写教材、专著、译著多本。发表国内外论文10余篇。获省部级奖励多次，并获北京市优秀教师称号。研究方向：移动通信。E-Mail：sanglin@bupt.edu.cn。
楼培德，男，1962年生于江苏，教授，硕士生导师，主要从事研究移动多媒体信息终端技术和移动信息化产业政策，移动数字媒体艺术和技术。曾多次获得过省、部、市科技奖、发明奖。曾担任过国家科委“863”计划“317”通信主题光通信专家组成员。曾经分别担任过电子工业部通信产品与系统装备司无线处处长，信息产业部电子信息产品管理司通信产品处处长，推动并具体规划指导了国家移动通信产业化重大专项的实施，直接推动了中国移动通信国产手机制造业的诞生和发展。楼培德同志现兼任中国移动通信联合会执行秘书长和中国标准化协会多媒体通信广播标准化技术委员会主任。
Mr. Lou was born in 1962 ,in Jiangsu province, He is mainly engaged in research in mobile multimedia information terminals and mobile information technology, industrial policy, and mobile digital media arts and technology.
He was awarded the advance of science and technology award of MEI and Shanghai city , country inventing award , the country inventing exhibition gold award , the international inventing exhibition silver award, the top-ten distinguished Sichuan Province youth teacher rewards , Sichuan Province youth science and technology rewards. He was the member of optical fiber communication expert group of Natioanal“317”Telecom Subject of“863”Project, Director of Wireless division of Department of Telecom Production of MEI，Director of Telecom Division of Department of Electronic Information Production Management of MII. He promoted and planned the implementation of national mobile communication industry specific projects, made great effort to establishment and development of China mobile communication domestic handset industry.
Mr. Lou is Executive Secretary-General of China Mobile Communications Association, Director of the Standardization Technical Committee of Multimedia Communication and Broadcasting of China Association for Standardization.
王亚峰，男，副教授，硕士生导师，博士，主要从事3G和B3G无线通信系统理论与关键技术，移动通信系统的系统级和链路级仿真技术方面的研究。近年来作为项目负责人和主研人员承担或参与国家973计划、863计划、国家自然科学基金项目及企业合作项目十余项，参与编写出版著作2本，在国内外重要学术刊物及会议上发表学术论文二十余篇。申请PCT国际发明专利2项，国家发明专利12项。研究方向：移动通信。Email: wangyf@bupt.edu.cn

Xin ZHANG, male, Ph.D., associate professor. His major research interest is focused on theories and technologies of wireless communications. 程卫东，女，教授级高工，北京邮电大学信息与通信工程学院兼职硕士研究生导师，中国移动通信研究院科技管理部总经理。1994年毕业于北京邮电大学，获工学硕士学位。1994年自今在中国移动通信集团公司工作，先后从事并负责移动通信网络技术研究新产品开发及测试技术研究等工作。负责和参与的项目分别获信产部科学技术进步二等奖，中国通信学会科学技术一等奖，中国移动通信集团科技创新二等奖，并申请了多项专利。研究生的招生方向是移动通信，在研究生培养上将充分体现理论与实践相结合的原则，为学生实践能力的锻炼提供良好的条件，研究生将参加中国移动通信集团研究院的科研项目和各类试验测试工作。研究方向：宽带移动互联网技术与应用。Email: chengweidong@chinamobile.com
王晓平，女，教授级高工，北京邮电大学信息与通信工程学院兼职硕士研究生导师，中国电信北京研究院副总工程师。1996年至今在中国电信集团公司工作，先后从事并负责无线通信网络研究与规划、互联网络技术与业务研究、新产品开发等工作。负责和参与的项目分别获得信息产业部科学技术进步一等奖、上海市科学技术一等奖、中国电信集团科技进步一等奖等，发表多篇学术论文，并申请多项专利。研究生的招生方向是宽带移动通信技术与业务。在研究生培养上将充分体现理论与实践相结合的原则，为学生实践能力的锻炼提供良好的条件，研究生可以参加中国电信研究院的科研项目等相关工作。研究方向：宽带移动互联网技术与应用。 Email: wangxp@ctbri.com.cn。
