一、简介

姜建国,教授,博士生导师。中国微生物学会分子微生物学与生物工程专业委员会委员,美国食品学会会员,本校“食品化学与生物技术”团队学术负责人,实验室主任。国际著名期刊Mini Reviews in Medicinal Chemistry 特约编辑。1982-1986,华中师范大学,学士;1986-1989,武汉大学,硕士;1992-1995,中科院水生所(武汉),博士;1995-1997,华南理工大学,博士后。1997至今,华南理工大学食品学院,生物科学与工程学院。

二、研究方向

在食品学院与生物学院招收硕士生,在食品学院招收博士生。主要涉及以下两个方向:

1、藻类与微生物次生代谢工程

该方向适合生物化学与分子生物学方向考生。主要从事藻类类胡萝卜素次生代谢途径的分子克隆、代谢途径的分子构建、代谢调控的分子机理。

2、中药与天然产物化学与工程

该方向适合食品专业和药物化学专业的考生。主要从事药食同源品种资源天然产物化学与活性的生物模型研究。

三、主要业绩

主持过4项国家自然科学基金,1项国家科技支撑子课题(项目联系人),3项广东省基金,3项省科技攻关项目,1项广州市科技攻关重点项目等。5项发明专利,专著一部,发表学术论文100多篇,其中SCI论文近60篇(截止2011年9月)。

在国际上率先开展了杜氏藻类胡萝卜素次生代谢途径的分子克隆与代谢调控研究,在次级代谢关键酶基因的克隆与表达,关键酶基因启动子的克隆与功能验证,启动子盐和光代谢调控元件,杜氏藻类胡萝卜素代谢途径的外源表达与基因工程菌的培育,盐胁迫与GPDH表达的相关性,盐度与GPDH同工酶的分子类型与作用等等方面取得了一系列具有创新意义的研究成果。

围绕中药中的药食同源品种资源及其天然活性产物方面进行了多年研究,在国际著名期刊发表了大量学术论文。近期应Mini Reviews in Medicinal Chemistry邀请,提出了一期专刊的主题:本草组学(herbalomics),担任该专辑的主编,该专刊将于2012年秋季出版,预期将会对中药的国际化起到积极作用。

所带的研究生获得过学校和学院设立的所有奖励,包括教育部学术新人、学校优秀博士论文创新基金、各类企业奖学金、南粤优秀研究生,学校优秀研究生,学校十大学术新星等各类奖励荣誉称号。
