女,1975年1月出生。中山大学药学院 药物代谢与药动学实验室、中山大学临床药理研究所副教授、硕士生导师,中山大学药学院教学指导委员会委员。1997年毕业于中国药科大学获学士学位,2007年毕业于中山大学获博士学位并留任于药学院,2011年至2012年于美国国立卫生研究院、国家癌症研究所(NCI/NIH)进行博士后研究工作。研究方向与专长为药物代谢组学、药代动力学、临床药理学,专注于研究临床常用中药制剂与配伍西药之间的相互作用机制及相关代谢酶、转运蛋白影响下的临床合理用药。熟悉新药开发临床前研究ADME,熟悉药物代谢组学研究的检测技术如UPLC-ESI-QTOFMS,熟悉相关的数据分析与处理软件如Masslynx、SIMCA,熟悉代谢组学模式识别技术如SIMCA、PCA、PLS、PLS-DA等。目前主持国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点专项科研基金各1项,分题负责国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)课题1项,主持澳门大学研究基金1项,主持广东省中医药局课题、广东省医学科研基金、广州市科技局科技支撑等项目数项;参与国家“重大新药创制”重大专项(“十一五”项目)课题、国家自然科学基金、省级科研基金多项。已出版专著两部(主编、副主编),参编教材2部,>2004年以来在国内外期刊发表研究论文50多篇,其中SCI收录30多篇。
