1999年10月-2006年12月，博士后研究员台湾中央研究院李远哲（诺贝尔化学奖获得者）实验室，期间多次到欧洲进行学术交流
主讲课程（1986年-至今）：结构化学、晶体化学、化学的今天与明天、分子反应动力学、计算量子化学；2007年获山东师范大学优秀教学奖
研究兴趣:
超分子中非共价相互作用的实验及理论研究
团簇（超级原子）的化学及结构特征
不稳定小分子的激光诱导荧光激发及发射光谱
作为主持人,完成山东省自然科学基金项目1项(No.Y2006B44)；作为主要研究人员完成国家自然科学基金项目1项(No.2057370);在研的有2项，其中1项为国家自然科学基金项目(No.20975064)，另1项为山东省发展计划项目(No.2007GG10003031)。
