个人简介

朱伟明，男，1965年2月生，博士、教授、博士生导师，主要从事海洋天然药物研究。已完成主持承担的国家863计划、国家自然科学基金、大洋协会开发计划等国家级研究课题4项，目前主持在研的课题3项。已培养硕士6名、博士1名，协助培养硕士18名、博士9名、博士后1名；在读硕士生8名、博士生6名。已发表学术研究论文112篇，其中SCI收录60篇；申请国家发明专利16项（授权6项）。

从海洋微生物资源中发掘创新药物先导化合物To discovery new hits and lead compounds from marine-derived microbes and halotolerant microorganisms by means of integrated screening methods

利用生物学与化学相结合的集成筛选方法，从海洋微生物、极端环境微生物中筛选并发现具有重要生物活性的药物先导化合物及药用新资源。

中药药理作用的物质基础研究Investigations of pharmacological compounds in the traditional Chinese medicine

与药理学家合作，研究传统中药的物质基础，发现其有效成分。

天然药物的优化 To discovery new leads by structural modification of new hits

对具有重要生物活性的天然产物进行结构修饰，探讨其构效关系，获得临床候选药物。

“新的蛋白激酶C抑制剂ACT-007衍生物的合成及其抗癌构效关系研究”（No. 30572246, 2006–2008，国家自然科学基金，主持人）。Synthesis of the derivatives of the new PKC inhibitor, ACT-007 and their anti-tumor structure-active relationship studies (National Natural Science Foundation of China).

1997–2001年：中科院昆明植物研究所，毕业并获得理学博士学位。 Ph. D. in Natural Products from Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Science

2001–2003年：中国科学院上海有机化学研究所博士后，从事活性产物喷脑皂甙元及其衍生物合成研究。Postdoctoral research in Organic Chemistry, Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Science.
