个人简历
2003年6月于山东大学物理学院获博士学位，论文题目为《高能反应强子化过程中自旋效应的研究》，被评为山东省优秀博士学位论文，获2005年全国百篇 优秀博士论文提名论文。2003 年7月留校工作。2004年9月至2008年6月在美国Lawrence Berkeley国家实验室作访问学者和博士后，参加了RHIC上STAR合作组的自旋物理实验研究，率先开展了对pp反应中超子极化转移的测量。 2008年7月回到山东大学，获聘物理学院副教授，组建研究小组加入RHIC上的STAR合作组。最近每年都到RHIC所在的BNL实验室访问2个月，参 与实验运行和合作研究，并多次代表STAR合作组在国际会议上作报告。

研究方向：
主要研究领域是高能自旋物理实验，目前参加了高能对撞机RHIC上的STAR实 验，参与极化的质子－质子对撞实验的物理分析。目前我们是 国内专门参与STAR自旋物理实验的单位。目前正在进行的工作是测量超子的极化，来研究核子的自旋结构及强子化过程中的自旋效应。
本方向的研究生一般采取联合培养的方式，到美国的合作单位完成学位论文工作。
主持和完成的科研项目：

5) RHIC上质子-质子反应中超子极化的测量及相关研究，2010.1-2011.12，教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金，3万元，负责人。
6) 碎裂函数的自旋依赖性与高能反应过程的自旋效应，2005.1—2007.12, 国家自然科学基金，16万元。
