[3]从芦荟中克隆具有药用价值的相关基因的研究(校博士基金启动项目)

研究领域及取得的成果

主要从事玉米和芦荟的分子生物学研究,目前取得的成果主要包括:(1)建立了玉米遗传转化体系,并利用基因枪法将抗除草剂Bar基因转入了玉米自交系,获得了抗除草剂的转基因玉米株系;(2)克隆了甘蔗花叶病毒外壳蛋白基因,构建了用于基因枪和农杆菌转化的表达载体,通过转化获得了高抗玉米矮花叶病的转基因玉米株系;(3)利用黄早四和Mo17为亲本组建了玉米重组自交系分离群体,并利用SSR为分子标记构建了遗传图谱,进一步对抗玉米矮花叶病、玉米产量及相关性状、玉米株型及相关性状的数量性状位点进行了染色体作图及遗传效应分析。
