林欣大，男，1975年7月生，博士（后），副教授，硕士生导师，生物系主任。“浙江省151人才工程” 第三层次培养人才。
2000-2002年在美国辛辛那提大学从事合作研究，2003-2005年在浙江大学生命学院工作，2005-2007受美国FRAXA基金会资助在中国科学院遗传发育所从事博士后研究，2007年起在中国计量学院工作。
主持国家自然科学基金（30800721，2009-2011）等项目，参加科技部863项目、转基因重大专项等国家和省部级项目。
主讲生物化学（本科生）与高级生物化学（研究生）。
