韩志强，副教授，硕士生导师，浙江省151人才第三层次。长期从事渔业资源学、种群遗传学方面的研究工作。先后承担国家自然科学基金、国家863计划子课题、浙江省教育厅项目5项，参与国家自然科学基金项目1项，科技部支撑计划课题1项，省自然科学基金1项，入选浙江省优秀青年教师资助计划，取得相关研究成果，其中获舟山市科技进步奖三等奖1项，舟山市优秀论文奖二等奖和三等奖各1项。
在国内外学术刊物发表论文20余篇，其中被SCI 收录 12 篇。是International Journal of Biodiversity and Conservation 杂志兼职编辑，是Animal Cells and Systems, Molecular Biology Report,African Journal of Biotechnology, Aquaculture Research,Biochemical Genetics, Biological Journal of the Linnean Society, International Journal of Biodiversity and Conservation, Journal of Genetics and Genomics,Journal of Fish Biology, Biochemical Systematics and Ecology, Journal of Experimental Marine Biology and Ecology, Mitochondrial DNA等国际杂志的审稿人。
