冯有智,博士,副研究员,1996-2000于南京工业大学制药与生命科学学院学习,获学士学位;2000-2003于南京工业大学制药与生命科学学院学习,获硕士学位;2006-2009于中国科学院南京土壤研究所学习,获得农学博士,并留所工作。
研究内容:
主要利用基因指纹图谱、实时定量PCR、稳定同位素探针和高通量基因测序等技术,并结合传统微生物方法系统地研究了全球气候变化对稻田生态系统土壤微生物的影响;首次发现稻田生态系统碳循环末端的紫色光养细菌多样性和生态功能能够敏锐地反映大气二氧化碳浓度和臭氧浓度升高,并通过其驱动的食物链进一步推测全球气候变化对整体土壤微生物和稻田生态系统的影响;研究进一步发现利用生物黑炭能刺激微生物生长,改变功能微生物间的结构可用于应对全球气候变化。共发表论文20篇,第一作者SCI文章11篇;其中,发表在Soil Science Society of America Journal的一篇文章被选为研究亮点刊登在美国农作物科学协会(Crop Science Society of America)创办的CSA (Crops, Soils, Agronomy) news magazine的2012年2月刊上。研究成果得到国内外同行的一致认可,认为该成果首次揭示了稻田生态系统中紫色光养细菌的生态学意义,预测了未来全球气候变化对农田生态系统的影响,为利用土壤微生物应对全球气候变化,以更好地为人类服务提供了理论基础和实践指导。
