鲁茂林，男，1963年6月生，副教授，硕士生导师。1984年毕业于无锡轻工业学院食品工程系食品工程专业，中国焙烤食品糖制品工业协会、中国绿色食品协 会、中国农业工程学会会员，扬州大学焙烤食品技术中心主任。主持和参加江苏省星火计划、江苏省科委“九五”攻关、江苏省自然科学基金和扬州市科技局等10 余个项目。2002年4月至2003年4月在德国联邦营养研究院进修学习，参与欧共体“低剂量电子束照射对新鲜草莓品质的影响”和“快速检测辐照草药及照 射剂量的评估”等项目的研究工作。
主要研究方向：豆制品加工工程、烘焙工艺、食品新产品的研制与市场开发。
