个人简介

一. 基本情况

解令海,男,1976年12月生于山东胶南,2006年7月毕业于复旦大学高分子化学与物理专业,师从黄维院士,获博士学位,现任教授、博士生导师、南京 邮电大学信息材料学科学术带头人,有机电子与信息显示国家重点实验室培育基地有机电子所所长。入选“教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划”、“江苏省六大人才高 峰计划”、江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象,兼南京方圆环球显示技术有限公司研发顾问。主持省部级及以上项目6项,包括国家自然科学基金项目 3项、教育部新世纪优秀人才计划项目1项、教育部重点项目1项、江苏省自然科学基金项目1项,以骨干成员身份参与973项目1项;在Progress in polymer science、Journal of the American Chemistry Society、Advanced Materials、ACS Nano、Small、Chemical Communication、Organic Letters、Macromolecules、Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters等国际著名期刊发表SCI论文近60篇,其中影响因子>6的有13篇;出版教材1部。公开中国发明专利32项,其中授权11项;获江 苏省科技进步二等奖1项(排名第三)、南京市自然科学优秀学术论文一等奖、二等奖各1项。多次受邀参加国内外学术会议并作口头报告,担任 Macromolecules, Organic Letters, polymer chemistry, Polymer, Journal of Applied Polymer Science, Polymers for Advanced Technologies和Dye and Pigments等学术期刊审稿人。

研究方向及主要成果

主要研究方向:

分子系统与有机器件、有机/聚合物功能超分子与组装材料、有机电致发光器件与显示技术、有机纳米与超分子电子学

主要研究成果:

在超分子电子学领域取得重要研究进展,提出了超分子半导体、超分子静态位阻等概念,为解决有机电子学中的器件功能、性能以及寿命等关键瓶颈问题提供新的思 路。具体如下:(1)在有机半导体的现代有机合成方法方面,发展了螺环芳烃的“一锅煮”法绿色制备技术,获得一系列高效稳定的螺环电致发光材料,探索在有 机电致发光二极管中的应用,2008年度获江苏省科学技术进步二等奖(排名第三)。深入分析超分子科学与有机电子学的内在关联,提出了螺环芳烃的超分子静 态位阻效应,制备了其功能化的Ir配合物,获得高效稳定的电致磷光器件。在此基础上,开拓了螺环超分子位阻在有机纳米领域的多面体调控研究,成为调控有机 纳米的重要方法。

(2)提出超分子有机半导体的概念,深化了有机半导体位阻效应以及超分子个性特征,关联其分子行为与器件功能,实现了首个构象变 化原理的电致阻变材料,拓展了聚合物电存储新领域。这些突破性的成果在化学及材料类最具影响力的世界顶尖期刊如Journal of the American Chemical Society、Macromolecules上发表,此文一发表即被Nature Materials (2008, 7, 267-267,IF = 23.132)和 NPG Asia Materials列为研究亮点,作了题为“Memorable polymers(记忆聚合物)”的专题报道,获得2010年南京市优秀学术论文奖一等奖,授权专利3 项,形成知识产权,专利实现技术转让。

(3) 开展了纳米石墨烯电极以及共轭聚合物纳米薄膜的研究,发现了有效还原深度对纳米石墨烯电极性能的影响,提出了有效降低石墨烯电极方阻的叠层技术,发明了体 相异质结聚合物电存储技术,获得了高开关比的WORM 型电存储器,这些创新性成果在化学及纳米领域有影响力的世界顶尖期刊如 ASC Nano、Small、J Phys Chem C、Appl Phys Lett 等期刊上发表。
