研究成果:

发现并证明植物叶片中存在由磷脂酶Da1和磷脂酸转导的脱落酸信号途径:ABA®PLDa1®PA®ABI1。阐明PA-ABI1结合的生理意义是抑制ABI1,促进ABA诱导的气孔关闭。证实植物遭受氧化胁迫时,PLDd被激活,生成磷脂酸,降低细胞编程性死亡。在植物耐盐机理研究方面,发现磷脂信号参与盐和一氧化氮诱导的液泡膜质子泵激活。在PNAS, Science, Plant Cell, Planta等期刊上发表SCI论文22篇。
