具体研究领域

在美国Rutgers大学留学期间主要从事肿瘤的化学预防药物研究,已发表相关SCI论文二十余篇,开发的结肠癌预防药物在美国已进入II期临床。现阶段主要研究方向是:1)从天然产物中寻找新型化学预防药物并进行机制研究;2)在细胞、分子和整体水平上,建立基于阻断“炎-癌转化”的新型肿瘤预防药物的药效学评价体系,为发现更多高效低毒的肿瘤预防药物奠定基础;3)肿瘤多药耐药的逆转及其机制研究。
