研究方向及主要研究内容介绍

本人多年来一直从事“仪器分析”方面的教学和电分析化学方面的研究工作。在电分析化学的研究领域中,主要开展化学修饰电极和电化学生物传感器等研究工作。曾先后承担吉林省科委和国家自然科学基金资助课题,其主要研究内容有电化学生物传感器的研制及基于静电作用的多层自组装分子膜电极的研究和共价键合卟啉或酞菁有序多层分子膜电极的研究等。这些工作大部分已完成或正在进行,均获得了比较好的研究结果。在国内外相关学术杂志上发表论文多篇,其中在SCI引文杂志上以第一作者或联系人的身份发表论文50余篇。这些SCI引文杂志包括Journal of Electroanalytical Chemistry, Analytica Chimica Acta, Electrochimica Acta, Electroanalysis 和Talanta等。这些工作的发表曾引起国内外同行专家的广泛关注和好评,上述论文在SCI引文杂志上被引用的篇数近百篇。目前正在开展的课题有:

1. 共价键合卟啉或酞菁有序多层分子膜电极的研究

2. 生物大分子的有序层—层组装及其功能

3. 溶胶—凝胶化学修饰电极的研究

4. 纳米粒子/生物功分子电化学研究
