简历:
2002年7月于中国科学院计算所获得博士学位，同年9月被破格提拔为计算所副研究员，2008年3月被任命为博士生导师，2009年1月获得卢嘉锡青年人才奖，2009年9月被聘为研究员。IEEE会员，计算机学会高级会员，全国容错专委会委员，Globecom、ICC、ISCC、计算机学报、软件学报、计算机研究与发展、系统仿真学报等多家杂志或会议的审稿人。主持了多个973、863和国家自然科学基金等国家大型项目以及多个横向项目，具有丰富的研发经验，主持开发的系统中有3个已经产业化并顺利推广多套。目前已发表国内外重要杂志和会议文章近50篇，超过半数被SCI/ISTP/EI收录，已授权专利5项，已受理专利15项，软件登记5项。业余时间喜欢羽毛球、健身等运动。
研究方向介绍
开展国家或全球范围内的Internet性能或安全监控和管理，以及对各种新兴网络技术的性能监控。具体内容包括：
1)下一代互联网(CNGI)的监控和管理；
2)云计算、虚拟网管；
3)无线、移动和自组网(adhoc)的性能监测和管理；
4)网络性能、拓扑、路由、负载的监测；
5)网络应用的性能评估和提升；
6)网络测量与测试，网络行为分析。
