个人简介:
主要从事鱼类生态学、鱼类系统学、鱼类行为学、保护生物学、水产动物种质资源保护学研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、四川省杰出青年基金、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金、四川省应用基础研究、农业部重点实验室开放基金等纵向和其他横向科研课题20余项，参与科研项目10余项。曾对饥饿南方鲇仔、稚鱼的形态、生态和组织学特征有较深入的研究；利用耳石微结构检测与分析技术对长江四大家鱼仔、幼鱼的年龄生长，孵化期、产卵期和产卵场，以及早期死亡率和营养状况等进行了较系统的研究；系统研究了胭脂鱼耳石微结构特征及其生态学机理；系统检测了岩原鲤、齐口裂腹鱼、大渡裸裂尻鱼、宝兴裸裂尻鱼、东方高原鳅不同地理种群的遗传多样性及种群遗传结构。此外，还开展了虹鳟耳石微结构及早期生长特性，以及孔雀鱼集群行为等研究。目前主要开展长江上游珍稀特有鱼类的资源、区系与系统分类研究，遗传多样性检测及种群遗传结构分析，重要水产经济鱼类和珍稀濒危鱼类的种质资源评价和保护，以及山区河流水电梯级开发对水生生态环境及鱼类多样性的影响和保护对策等研究。
