研究方向

分子微生物学和生物技术相关领域,主要研究方向包括原核功能基因及其转录调控机理,工业酶的生物化学与酶工程以及应用。具体包括:

短小芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pumilus)碱性蛋白酶基因转录调控机理的研究,涉及相关转录因子(hpr,degU/S,SinR等)的克隆、表达、与启动子DNA的互作、基因敲除以及在碱性蛋白酶基因表达等方面的生物学功能。

工业酶(碱性蛋白酶、环氧化物水解酶、角蛋白酶等)的催化特性和分子改造,主要采用3D 结构模型的预测与设计,利用定点突变和分子进化策略改造分析这些工业用酶的催化特性,以期获得更加符合工业应用工艺和技术的突变体酶,同时分析研究结构与功能关系。

在生物技术领域,研究开发农业废弃蛋白质等生物资源的生物转化和利用。
