1997年获中南大学药理学博士学位，并赴日留学
2000年获得日本德岛大学（Tokushima University）博士学位
2000-2002年 在美国范德堡大学（Vanderbilt University）药理学系从事博士后研究
2002-2007年 在美国圣路易斯大学（Saint Louis University）医学院从事研究工作，担任助理教授
研究领域：
细胞膜离子通道蛋白的研究
P2X受体和疼痛
高通量药物筛选和抗流感病毒药物的开发
心血管药物安全性评估。
