西北农林科技大学食品学院导师介绍:王建龙

王建龙,男,1979年生,陕西省三原县人,博士,教授,博士生导师。2008年初毕业于中国科学院长春应用化学研究所,师承董绍俊院士。之后到美国伍斯特理工大学化工系进行电化学表面等离子共振生物传感器的研究。2011.2月加入西北农林科技大学食品学院,担任《食品化学》的部分教学任务以及科研任务。

二、主要研究方向

食品安全与检测:

电化学表面等离子体共振技术在食品安全与快速检测中的应用;

纳米技术在食品科学中的应用以及纳米食品学;

适配子(aptamer)技术以及分子信标(molecular beacon)技术在食品毒素检测中的应用。
