王建龙，男，1979年生，陕西省三原县人，博士，教授，博士生导师。2008年初毕业于中国科学院长春应用化学研究所，师承董绍俊院士。之后到美国伍斯特理工大学化工系进行电化学表面等离子共振生物传感器的研究。2011.2月加入西北农林科技大学食品学院，担任《食品化学》的部分教学任务以及科研任务。
