衣悦涛，男，博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。
2007年毕业于中国科学院生态环境研究中心，获得理学博士学位。主要研究内容：以海岸带丰富的盐生及耐盐植物资源为研究对象，通过引种、筛选、培育具有一定经济价值的耐盐经济植物，建立海岸带盐生植物可持续开发利用实验基地，利用生物和化学手段，开展耐盐经济植物在能源、医药、保健、饲料等领域的应用研究。

招生方向简介：主要针对海岸带生物资源，特别是耐盐经济植物资源，以开发高附加值生物制品为目标，进行海岸带生物资源可持续开发利用新技术、新工艺的开发、系统集成与优化研究，发展活性物质提取、分离纯化技术和绿色工艺过程，开发功能产品。面向化学、化工及食品科学与工程专业的学生；
