张平,无线通信领域专家,北京邮电大学教授,博士生导师,现任北京邮电大学无线新技术研究所(WTI)所长、泛网无线通信教育部重点实验室主任。张平教授是“新一代宽带无线移动通信网” 国家科技重大专项总体专家组成员,国家重点基础研究发展计划(973项目)“认知无线网络基础理论与关键技术研究”项目首席科学家,无线移动通信国家重点实验室(电信科学技术研究院)学术委员会委员,中国《科学通报》编辑委员会副主编,北京市第十一届政协委员,并且享受政府特殊津贴。张平教授主持参与的项目曾获国家科学技术进步奖、中国通信学会科学技术奖、北京市科学技术奖、和北京市经济技术创新奖等奖项。

研究方向为:宽带移动通信系统新理论及技术。

田辉,女,教授,博士生导师,主要从事B3G、4G移动通信系统关键技术及无线网络研究。发表学术论文70余篇,其中SCI/EI检索论文65余篇;申请发明专利24项(2项已授权,1项转让);出版著作9部;主持和参与多项国家863、国家自然基金以及企业科研项目。获国家科学技术进步二等奖1项,通信学会科技进步一等奖1项。研究方向为:宽带移动通信系统新理论及技术。

TianHui, Professor, Doctorial Tutor. Mainly research on the key technology of wireless telecommunications in B3G/4G systems.

Published more than 70 academic papers, with 65 as SCI/EI Index; Applied 24 Patents (2 permitted, 1 transferred); published 9 books; responsible for and participated in a number of national and enterprises scientific research projects. Won a second prize of national scientific and technological progress,a first prize of scientific and technological progress by Institute of Telecommunications.

陶小峰,男,教授,博士生导师。斯坦福大学访问学者。泛网无线通信教育部重点实验室副主任,中国科协联合国信息咨商专业委员会委员,863 FuTURE计划4G TDD特别工作组组长,教育部新世纪优秀人才,信产部全国信息产业科技创新先进工作者。在无线通信领域主持多项863、NSF项目以及国家重大专项等项目、三大检索论文120余篇、申请/授权专利50/10项。IEEE Trans. On VT、IEEE Communication Magazine、《电子学报》、《中国科学》等审稿人;IEEE Globecom SPC及ICC SPC委员会委员。2006年中国通信学会科学技术奖一等奖,2008年国家技术发明奖二等奖。研究方向为:宽带移动通信系统新理论及技术。

Prof. TAO, Xiaofeng, visiting scholar of Stanford University, vice Director of Key Laboratory of Universal Wireless Communications (Ministry of Education). As one of the two chief architects of the Chinese national 4G (4th generation) wireless communication system, supported by the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), he led the Chinese 4G TDD working group comprising of four Chinese best universities, and established a cellular trial network adopted by the Chinese national 4G program in 2006. He is the inventor or co-inventor of 50 patents, the author or co-author of 120 papers, in 4G areas. He is a winner of 2008 National Award for Technological Invention (second price), also in 4G areas.

刘宝玲,女,教授,硕士生导师。现任信通院泛网无线中心主任,主要从事无线通信基础理论和新型电子电路技术的研究,在二维RAKE接收、WCDMA关键技术仿真、多用户MIMO OFDM系统的同步和信道估计及检测、新型超高速高密度电子电路设计等领域取得了多项重要创新性成果。2006年获中国通信学会科学技术一等奖。兼任北京市高教学会电子线路研究会秘书长、北京市电子学会电子线路分会秘书长。

研究方向为:宽带移动通信系统新理论及技术。

Baoling Liu, Professor, Supervisor of Master. Now she is the director of Universal Wireless Communication Lab in Information and Communication Engineering School. Her main research area is the basic theory of wireless communication and the new electric and electronic techniques. She accomplishes many innovation work on two-dimension RAKE reception, the simulation of the key techniques of WCDMA, the synchronization, channel estimation and detection in the multi-user MIMO-OFDM system and the design of the new type high speed and high density electric and electronic circuitry. She is awarded the first prize of China Institute of Communications in 2006. She is the general secretary of Electronic Circuitry Research Center in Beijing Advanced Education Institute. She is also the general secretary of Electronic Circuitry Association of Beijing Electronic Institute.

刘培植,男,教授,硕士生导师。多年从事通信网络、光通信、软交换、无线宽带通信等方面的科研工作和通信与电路系统的教学工作。主持、参与并完成多项如“PCN试验网设备和成网的研究”、“光纤宽带接入网技术研究”、“基于千兆以太网的宽带无源光纤网络系统”、“支持多媒体和移动业务的软交换系统”等国家自然科学基金和863项目。完成数字程控交换机、综合数字排队系统、接入网设备、PON、光缆自动检测系统等产品研制。两项产品获信息产业部科学进步奖。现在主要从事无线宽带网络研究,包括WiMAX 、WiFi Mesh等技术及应用研究。研究方向:宽带通信。 Email: liupz@bupt.edu.cn

Professor Liu Peizhi, Master Tutor, engaged in scientific research in communication network, optical communication, soft switching and wireless broadband communication while teaching communication and electrical system for several years. Responsible for, participated in and completed a number of National Natural Science Fund and 863 projects like “The research of PCN test network equipment and completion network” ,”OAN technology research”, ”Gigabit Ethernet based broadband passive optical network system”, ”Soft switching system supporting multimedia and mobile business”. Completed the develop of the digital program-controlled switches, integrated digital queuing system, access network equipment, PON, cable automatic detection system and many other products. Two products won the Scientific progress award by Ministry of Information Industry. He is now mainly focus on the research of wireless broadband network including the application of WiMAX, WiFi Mesh and other technologies.

张建华,女,副教授,硕士生导师 。中德联合软件研究所移动研究室副主任,工信部IMT-Advanced推进组频率子组副组长。2002年选送到德国汉堡-哈堡科技大学深造半年,2008年受国家留学基金委支持前往韩国访问学习半年。主要从事宽带无线通信系统的关键技术研究,包括OFDM、信道估计和同步、MIMO、协同传输技术以及宽带多天线信道的测量和建模等,先后主持和参加了10余个国家自然科学基金、国家863计划重点项目、国家科技重大专项和企业横向项目。截至2009年7月,在国际会议和期刊已发表80余篇文章,其中SCI检索8篇(发表在JCN杂志的文章获得2008唯一最佳论文奖,http://ww2.comsoc.org/Awards-Lunch),目前IEEE多种杂志和期刊的审稿人,被ITU-R和3GPP等接纳的国际提案有17篇;申请专利20余项,授权2项;出版著作1部,已被再版。鉴于以往科研工作中的贡献,2005年入选北京市科技新星人才培养计划。2006年获中国通信学会科学技术一等奖一次,2008年获国家技术发明奖二等奖一次。研究方向为:宽带移动通信系统新理论及技术。

Jianhua Zhang, Associate Professor, Ph.D., the vice director of Mobile Communications Lab of Sino-Germany software institute. In 2002 she studied further for half year in Hamburg-Harburg Technical University in Germany. In 2008, she studies in Korea for half year supported by China Scholarship Council as a visiting scholar. Her research area is the key techniques of the broadband wireless communication system, which mainly includes OFDM, channel estimation, synchronization, MIMO, cooperative transmission technique and the measurement and modelling of the broadband multi-antenna channel. She has led and participated in more than ten projects in National Natural Scientific Fund, the key project of National 863 Programs, Important National Science and Technology Specific Projects and the enterprise projects. Until July, 2009, she has published more than 80 papers in the international conference and journals (The paper published in JCN is awarded the 2008 unique best paper, http://ww2.comsoc.org/Awards-Lunch). Her seventeen international proposals have been accepted by ITU-R and 3GPP. She has applied for more than twenty patents and two of them have been authorized. Her book has been published for more than one edition. She is elected in Beijing Technology New Star in 2005. 王莹,女,副教授,硕士生导师。研究领域为协作传输理论与技术、异构网络体系结构、无线资源管理与优化。2004年在日本NiCT作短期访问;2005年在香港大学访问,参与国家自然科学基金委员会与香港研究资助局联合资助项目研究。具有丰富的项目管理和国际合作经验,曾经参与完成中瑞政府间高科技合作项目,并主持完成欧盟第六框架 MING-T 项目。目前主持国家自然科学基金项目,国家十一五863重点项目,以及国家重大专项等多个国家级以及企业合作项目。2006年获得中国通信学会科学技术奖一等奖,2008年获得国家技术发明奖二等奖;2007年入选北京市科技新星计划。已发表论文96篇,其中SCI/EI检索7/56篇;申请发明专利15项,2项已授权;出版《无线资源管理》等专著5部。具有丰富的标准化工作经验,向3GPP LTE和3GPP2 AIE/UMB以及CCSA提交相关提案10余篇。担任IEEE Communications Magazine,IEEE Trans. On Wireless Communications等期刊和国际会议审稿人,2009 ChinaCom学术会议论坛主席(workshop chair)。研究方向为:宽带移动通信系统新理论及技术。

Ying Wang received the B.S. degree and M.S. degree in Electronics Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University in 1998 and 2000, respectively, and her Ph.D. in circuits and systems from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) in 2003. From January 2004 to March 2004, she was invited to work as a visiting researcher in Communications Research Laboratory (renamed NiCT from April 2004), Yokosuka, Japan. And in 2005, she worked as a research associate in the University of Hong Kong. Now she is an associate professor of BUPT and a researcher of Wireless Technology Innovation Institute. Her research interests are in the area of the cooperative relaying system, radio resource management and mobility management in the Beyond 3G and 3G systems. She has taken part in completion of China-Sweden inter-governmental high-tech cooperation projects and led the completion of the EU Sixth Framework MING-T project. Now she is responsible for a number of national, provincial, ministerial and enterprises scientific research projects. She won a first prize of scientific and technological progress by Institute of Telecommunications in 2006, a second prize of national scientific and technological progress in 2008. She was also selected in 2007 New Star Program of Beijing Science and Technology Committee.

Dr. Wang has published 96 academic papers with 7/56 as SCI/EI Index and 5 books such as “Radio Resource Management”. She is the inventor of about 15 patents (2 authorized) and has 14 Proposals submitted to international and domestic standardization organizations of 3GPP LTE, CCSA and 4G domestic workgroup. She is a reviewer of IEEE Communications Magazine,IEEE Trans. On Wireless Communications and so on. She is also a workshop chair of ChinaCom 2009.

李立华,女,副教授,硕士生导师。2004年获北京邮电大学电路与系统专业博士学位,随后在北京邮电大学任教,2006年在英国Brunel大学进行学术访问。主要从事B3G、4G移动通信系统中无线传输技术的研究,包括自适应编码调制、链路自适应技术、多天线MIMO技术、协同传输技术等。主持和参加多项国家863项目、国家自然科学基金项目、省部级项目,以及企业合作项目。在国内外期刊和国际学术会议上发表论文60余篇,申请发明专利20余项,出版专著3部,获得国家级和省部级奖励2项。2008年入选教育部新世纪人才。IEEE会员,IMT-Advanced推进组技术组成员。硕士研究方向为:宽带移动通信系统新理论及技术。lilihua@bupt.edu.cn 。

She received the Ph.D. degree in circuit and system from BUPT in 2004, and became a teacher thereafter in BUPT. In 2006, she worked in Brunel University in UK as a visiting scholar. She focuses on the research of radio transmission technologies for advanced Beyond 3G and 4G mobile communication systems, including adaptive modulation and coding, link adaptation, MIMO, cooperative transmission etc. Her research projects include national 863 projects, NSFC projects, and cooperation with companies. She has published more than 60 papers in international and domestic journals and conference proceedings, applied for more than 20 patens for inventions, published 3 books. She won 2 prizes from the Nation and the Ministry. In 2008 she was selected as the new century talent of the Ministry of Education. She is now a member of IEEE and a member of the technique sub-group of the national IMT-Advanced steering group.

康桂霞,女,副教授,硕士生导师。2002年在北京邮电大学获工学博士学位,2002年至2004年底在德国(慕尼黑)西门子公司未来无线概念部从事未来无线通信系统研究工作。对3G和后3G物理层关键技术有广泛的涉猎,包括多用户联合信道估计及联合检测,多载波传输,MIMO系统及空时编码,信道编译码,多址技术等;近年来在无线传感器网络应用领域也开展了积极的探索。参与第三代移动通信系统长期演进、IMT-advanced未来移动通信系统的标准化工作以及无线传感器网络的标准化工作。主持及参加多项国家863、国家自然基金、北京市自然基金等项目以及企业资助项目。出版英文专著一本,中文专著两本,发表学术论文四十余篇,专利10项。2007年被评为“北京市科技新星”。硕士研究方向为:宽带移动通信系统新理论及技术。gxkang@bupt.edu.cn

Associate Prof. Dr. Guixia Kang was a research scientist in the Future Radio Concept Department of Siemens, Munich, Germany before joining BUPT as an associate professor. She is active in the research, development and standardization of 3G and beyond 3G (B3G) wireless communications systems as well as wireless sensor networks. Some key directions include joint channel estimation and joint detection, multi-carrier transmission, MIMO system and space time coding, channel coding, etc. Currently she is leading several projects such as National 863 project, NSFC (Nature Science Foundation of China) project and BNSF (Beijing Nature Science Foudation) project, etc, as well as involved in several national projects and enterprise sponsored projects. She is the author of an English book published by Shaker Verlag, Germany, two Chinese books, as well as the author or co-author of more than 40 journal and conference papers. She has issued 10 patents including a European patent.

崔琪楣,女,副教授,硕士生导师。隶属于北京邮电大学无线新技术研究所(WTI)和泛网无线通信教育部重点实验室。2006年7月获北京邮电大学电信工程学院电路与系统专业工学博士学位。主要研究方向CoMP、Relay等新型网络架构下跨层优化技术研究、面向3GPP LTE-Advanced、ITU IMT-Advanced国际标准化的新型网络架构下关键技术研究、CoMP、Relay等特征的新一代宽带无线通信试验网络设计与实现。参与完成多项国家自然科学基金项目、国家863项目和企业合作项目。目前已发表论文四十余篇,出版书籍2部。已申请发明专利10项,其中3项获授权。曾向IMT-Advanced、3GPP LTE-Advanced等国内外标准化组织提交10篇文稿,已被接纳4篇。2006年12月作为主研人员完成的科技成果荣获中国通信学会科学技术一等奖。现为《电子学报》和《北京邮电大学学报》审稿人。硕士研究方向为:宽带移动通信系统新理论及技术。

Cui Qimei, female, born in December, 1979. Associate professor, Master supervisor. She worked in Wireless Technology Innovation Institute and Key Laboratory of Universal Wireless Communications (Ministry of Education), Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications. She received Ph.D of Science, Telecommunication Engineering in 2006. Her research mainly focuses on cross-layer optimilization techniques of wireless network based on novel network architecture (e.x. CoMP, Relay etc.), and key technologies of wireless network for 3GPP LTE-Advanced and ITU IMT-Advanced international standardization. She participated in many national projects such as NSFC, 863 etc., published more than 40 papers, and applied 10 patents. She submitted 10 technical reports to domestic or international standard group, four of which was accepted.

冯志勇,女,副教授,硕士生导师。 McGill大学访问学者。主要从事认知无线网络,异构网络融合方面的研究,包括:频谱感知,动态频谱管理,异构网络资源管理,self-x,跨层优化与设计,端到端重构等。主持及参与多项国家863和NSFC项目,国家973项目,欧盟第六框架、第七框架项目,和多项企业合作项目;发表论文40余篇,申请发明专利16项,出版著作4本。研究方向为:宽带移动通信系统新理论及技术。fengzy@bupt.edu.cn

Zhiyong Feng, Associate Professor/Doctor, visiting scholar of McGill University. Mainly research on Cognitive Wireless Networks and Convergence of heterogeneous networks, including:spectrum sensing, dynamic spectrum management, heterogeneous radio resource management, self-x, cross-layer optimization, end-to-end reconfiguration. Responsible for and participated in a number of national 863 projects, NSFC projects,973 projects, EU FP6 and FP7 projects, and enterprises scientific research projects. Published more than 40 academic papers, Applied 16 Patents, published 4 books.

唐晓晟,男,副教授,硕士生导师。工作于泛网无线通信教育部重点实验室。长期从事计算机通信、移动通信领域的工程实践、理论研究工作有着丰富的工程实践经验。从事的研究工作包括三网融合环境下用户为中心的业务研究、异构网络和个人设备的条件下统一的跨系统的业务提供方式、TD-SCDMA无线终端综合测试仪器的技术研发及产品化等。先后参与国家863项目、973项目、国家自然基金项目、北京市自然基金项目、欧盟IST框架等多个项目,担任项目负责人或主研人。发表论文10余篇,专著3本,申请专利5项。研究方向为:宽带移动通信系统新理论及技术。

Tang Xiaosheng, Ph.D, Associated Professor, Master Tutor. Working in Key Laboratory of Universal Wireless Communications (Ministry of Education). Interested areas include computer/wireless communication theory, user-centric service for three networks syncretizing, universal service providing under heterogeneous network and terminal environment, TD/SCDMA wireless terminal tester development and production. Participated in several projects, such as National 863 project, NSFC project, Beijing Natural Foundation project and European IST Framework project. Published 10 more academic papers and 3 books, applied 5 patents.

张治,男,副教授,硕士生导师。泛网无线通信教育部重点实验室主要成员。2004年毕业于北京邮电大学,获工学博士学位。主要研究方向为移动通信及宽带无线通信的相关理论与技术,包括物理层技术、无线(射频)测量技术、无线资源管理及QoS、移动性管理等,并在数字信号处理(器)、嵌入式系统开发、(无线)测试仪器与通信网络设计等方面具有丰富的科研经验。主持和参加多项国家863计划项目、国家/北京市自然科学基金项目,以及多项国际国内横向合作项目。在国内外期刊和学术会议上发表论文多篇,出版学术专著1部。现担任国家工业与信息化部TD-LTE工作组专家。研究方向为:宽带移动通信系统新理论及技术。联系方式:zhangzhi@bupt.edu.cn

Zhang Zhi:Associate Professor,Master's Supervisor, Main Member of Key Laboratory of Universal Wireless Communication (Chinese Ministry of Education). Received Ph.D. degree from BUPT in 2004. Mainly research on the key technology of mobile communications and broadband wireless communication, including physical layer technology, wireless (radio frequency) measurement technology , radio resource management and QoS, mobility management and so on, as well as extensive experience in digital signal processing/processor, embedded system development, (wireless) test instrumentation and communication network design. Hosted and participated in a number of National 863 projects, National and Beijing Natural Science Foundation projects, and a number of international and domestic cooperation projects. Many articles have been published in academic Journals and conferences in China or abroad, as well as a scholarly monograph. Now acts as an expert in the Working Group of TD-LTE of Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

姜军,男,副教授,硕士生导师。2002年获北京邮电大学电信工程学院电路与系统专业工学博士学位。工作于泛网无线通信教育部重点实验室。长期从事移动通信领域的工程实践、理论研究工作,有着丰富的工程实践经验。先后参与国家863项目、973项目、国家自然基金项目、担任项目负责人或主研人,作为主研人员完成的科技成果荣获中国通信学会科学技术一等奖1次及北京市科学技术奖2次。发表论文10余篇,申请专利多项。研究方向为:宽带移动通信系统新理论及技术。

JIANG Jun, born in 1972, associate professor, Master supervisor. He received Ph.D of Science, Telecommunication Engineering in 2002, and working in Key Laboratory of Universal Wireless Communications (Ministry of Education). He had long been engaged in the research and development in the field of mobile communications, and participated in many national projects such as 863, 973, NSFC, etc. He published 10 more academic papers, applied 5 patents.
