1994—1996年国家海洋局第一海洋研究所海洋生物活性物质重点实验室研究实习员，
2003年1月—2005年1月北京化工大学生命科学与技术学院博士后，
2005年1月至今为北京化工大学教师。

博士生导师，主要研究方向为3个，分别为燃料乙醇、油脂微生物和生物可降解的润滑剂,在研项目:863项目“淀粉工业废水生产生物柴油”,“甜高粱茎秆生产燃料乙醇新工艺”863子项目“脂肪酶的固定化技术及其应用”,军品协作配套科研项目，“重负荷长寿命XXX”.

作为技术骨干参加了国家科技部-863、973重大专项、国家自然科学基金和“九五”、“十五”国家科技攻关计划等多项重大项目的研究工作。目前作为项目负责人主持863项目2项,军品协作配套科研项目1项，已在国内外核心期刊发表论文30多篇，被SCI收录20多篇，国家专利授权2项申请2项。
