张翼现任北京大学光华管理学院金融学副教授，在此之前他也曾担任过香港中文大学和香港科技大学的访问学者。张翼教授本科毕业于中国科技大学化学物理系，后在罗彻斯特大学获得化学硕士学位，2002年他从密歇根州立大学获得金融博士学位。
张翼教授有译作《萨班斯法案内控指南》和《萨班斯法案执行指导》,他的多篇论文发表在国内外重要学术期刊上。
目前他的主要研究兴趣在于证券投资、资本市场、兼并与收购、商业银行、公司财务、公司治理和会计信息披露。他现在教授的课程有公司财务、公司财务专题、公司收购与兼并和金融学概论。
